What’s Current: New law in Arkansas allows husbands to block their wives’ abortions

A new law in ArkansasArkansas Act 45 — prohibits bans most second trimester abortions and allows the husband of a woman seeking an abortion to sue the doctor, blocking her from having the abortion.
