    From the second article…

“Each woman was told to undress and lie on a massage table, while three
others restrained her legs and shoulders. According to one of them,
their “master,” a top Nxivm official named Lauren Salzman, instructed
them to say: “Master, please brand me, it would be an honor. ”

Because nothing says “empowerment” like calling some dude master and getting branded like property. FFS.

Actual self-help groups don’t do this:
“To gain admission, they were required to give their recruiter — or “master,” as she was called — naked photographs or other compromising material and were warned that such “collateral” might be publicly released if the group’s existence were disclosed.”

How are people so unsuspicious that they thought a self-help group would actually demand this type information, on top of the branding?

        Also this:
“To become effective, members had to overcome weaknesses that Mr. Raniere taught were common to women — an overemotional nature, a failure to keep promises and an embrace of the role of victim,……”

Over emotional? Failure to keep promises? Embracing role of victim?

It never ceases to amaze me, how males project their weaknesses onto us.

Those traits are way more common in males, lol.

I know that what I am about to say here is going to be cynical.

That bill that is going to enforce paid time off for DV victims is going to backfire.

Do we need yet another reason to pay women less? Or to not hire us at all?

We are already passed over in favor of males because we might get pregnant. Now employers have another reason to punish us for something that males do. It is another reason to not employ us.

Why is male violence being addressed this way? By making it easier for us to take off work? Why doesn’t the (male) system ever attempt to stop the violence? Or keep the abuser away from the woman?

This is a male solution to a male violence problem that is addressing it backwards. We don’t need paid time off to go through miles of red tape that doesn’t stop a violent male, anyway. We need real repercussions to the abuser and real support and protection for the woman affected.

But single stall bathrooms don’t validate ladymen.

Also, the ladymen will be missing out on the womanhood bonding experience that is public bathroom use. You know, how we go in there, giggle, talk about boys and our boobs, share lipsticks and have tickle fights.

Single stall bathrooms are excluding ladyboys. And this, in turn, causes males to murder them.

I just viewed my last free article for the month. I have thought about pasting the text from the article here, but don’t want to annoy anyone.

But I might be asking someone to do that soon. If we get another article from there this month.

I don’t know if anyone has seen it, but “aftermath” by Leah remini.

It is fascinating in its patriarchal abuses and violence. Scientology, I mean.

What a manly clusterfuck. Interesting, though.
