  • Women in Mexico are organizing a 24-hour strike in response to the country’s high rates of femicide, including two brutal murders which sparked national outcry this month. The protest, to be held March 9, has the support of Mexico’s Business Coordinating Council, as well as mayor of Mexico City, Claudia Sheinbaum.
