Vicente Fuillerat shot and killed his estranged wife Samara Routenberg and her girlfriend Lisa Fuillerat on Friday morning. The murder was premeditated. A domestic violence injunction had been obtained against Fuillerat, but it was not made permanent and was not current. Both women had already communicated that they were “afraid something like this might transpire.”
