  • A young man who raped and murdered six-year-old Alesha MacPhail has been revealed to be a 16-year-old named Aaron Campbell. A Scottish judge presiding over the case lifted a legal restriction that protects underage criminals’ identities due to the severity of the crime.
  • The Trump administration has barred taxpayer-funded family planning clinics from making abortion referrals and housing abortion services in their facilities. Women’s groups are expected to challenge the new policy in court.
  • New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is being charged with two counts of soliciting women for prostitution after a raid in a Florida “massage parlour.”
  • Flight attendants are protesting an American Airlines policy that allegedly implements an attendance policy for its flight attendants (who are mostly female) that doesn’t apply to its pilots (who are mostly male).
