  • A suspect has been charged with eight counts of murder in Atlanta-area shootings that targeted Asian-run spas. This attack follows a surge of anti-Asian hate incidents over the past year, with new data revealing that nearly 70 per cent of attacks were against Asian women.
  • New York governor Andrew Cuomo faces calls to resign from members of his own political party as accusations of sexual harassment and misogynist conduct continue to pile up. In addition to sexually inappropriate behavior, Cuomo is accused of having created a Women’s Equality Party as a political tool to advance those within his network.
