- The U.S. Biden Administration has prepared a draft executive order which will force all of the nation’s federal prisons and detention centers to allow any incarcerated male convict to transfer into a women’s prison on the basis of a self-declared gender identity, according to documents leaked to The Federalist.
- Data recently obtained from the U.S. Bureau of Prisons reveals that nearly 50 per cent of trans-identified male inmates are in custody for sex offenses, compared to just 11 per cent of the general male population.
