What’s Current: UK woman arrested for posting stickers reading ‘humans never change sex’

  • Jennifer Swayne was detained for more than 12 hours after placing stickers and posters around Newport saying “humans never change sex” and that criticized allowing males into women-only spaces. Police raided her home and took a book edited by Dr Heather Brunskell-Evans about transing children.
  • Kara Dansky, President of the U.S. chapter of Women’s Declaration International (WDI) and author of “The Abolition of Sex: How the ‘Transgender’ Agenda Harms Women and Girls,” joined Tucker Carlson on Fox to speak about how transgenderism is hurting women’s rights.
  • Julie Bindel pans Laurie Penny’s new book, “Sexual Revolution: Modern Fascism and the Feminist Fightback,” writing:

“Feminist campaigners are often misrepresented and undermined in Sexual Revolution. For instance, Penny claims that those seeking to abolish the sex trade are white, middle-class saviours who work in tandem with border police ‘to track down and deport migrant sex workers.'”

  • Taslima Nasreen, a Bangladeshi poet and novelist criticizes surrogacy after Priyanka Chopra And Nick Jonas announce they got a baby via a surrogate:

“I won’t accept surrogacy until rich women become surrogate mom. I won’t accept burqa until men wear it out of love. I won’t accept prostitution until male prostitutions [sic] [are] built & men wait for female customers. Otherwise surrogacy, burqa, prostitution [are] just exploitation of women [and] poor.”
