What’s Current: Gays Against Groomers banned by PayPal and Venmo

  • Gays Against Groomers, an American group “against the sexualization, indoctrination, and medicalization of children,” has been banned by PayPal and Venmo, in yet another case of financial censorship by Big Tech.
  • Laura Favaro, a researcher at City, University of London, interviewed 50 gender studies professors across a range of disciplines, finding that feminists who are “gender critical” (i.e. who believe biological sex is real and immutable) fear for their livelihood and sometimes their lives.
  • Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) has removed the landing page for its “Pediatric Transgender Clinic” following a Twitter thread posted by The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh, who shared videos showing Vanderbilt employees celebrating its clinic as a “big money maker.” Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee (R) is now calling for an investigation into the clinic.
  • The Nursing Council of New Zealand has suspended the license of Jennifer Scott, a Dunedin who criticized vaccine mandates and gender identity ideology.
