One day after Sandra Bland’s death, 18 year old Kindra Chapman was found dead in jail.

The dash cam footage of Sandra Bland’s arrest appears to be have been heavily edited with several obvious continuity errors. Texas Department of Security Press Secretary denied doctoring the footage and claimed irregularities were due to “a technical issue during uploading.” (Side note: as a person who worked professionally in video editing and posting, I can tell you there is no way to upload video that would cause “glitches” of this kind). The department released a new version of the video Wednesday afternoon, yet something doesn’t add up, as the new version is several minutes shorter than the first.
