Ontario moves to allow victims of abuse to break rental contracts early, just one of many hurdles women face when they want to leave an abusive partner.

Ex-Mayor of Hubbard, Ohio admits to raping a four-year-old, despite claiming he led a life “dedicated to Christ.” Richard Keenan blames the young girl for her own abuse, stating that she was a “willing participant.”
