What’s Current: Saskatoon parents protest after man walks around naked in girls’ change room

  • Saskatoon parents staged a protest at Saskatoon City Hall on Saturday in response to a man identifying as a woman walked around naked in the girls changing room during children’s swimming lesson times at the Shaw Centre. Staff told parents that individuals can use whatever change room aligns with their “gender identity.”
  • Sims 4 has announced an update, adding a “top surgery scar” and “binders” option for users’ Sims.
  • Firefighters in are accused of photographing women who had died in car accidents, sharing the photos in WhatsApp groups, making degrading comments and joking about “the type of underwear the women are wearing.”
  • Louise Turner, a former classmate of Isla Bryson (ne Adam Graham), a male rapist now identifying as a “woman,” feels “violated” after learning of his crimes. Turner, 24, was paired with Bryson during a beauty course in Ayrshire, where he practiced applying spray tan to Turner and made numerous students feel uncomfortable, accusing those who complained about his behaviour of “transphobia.” Bryson was charged in 2019 and let in to the college course in 2021.
